DEATH

SHOT OF WORDS Death arrives like a sudden flash, A shock that stays, a pain that lasts. Tears flow freely, a deluge of grief, Please, take this handkerchief, let me share your relief. Death is inevitable, it strikes without warning, Sometimes it knocks, but even pleas can't stop it from dawn. The sad news came, a truth hard to bear, Baba is gone, but death's victory is short-lived, for I believe he's only sleeping in the Lord's embrace, His legacy lives on, a comforting grace. Don't cry, for he's at peace, no more pain or strife, It's helping our daddy rest in eternal life. Sorry for your loss, may my condolences bring you cheer, May God's love and strength be your solace, always near. Abiola OlaOluwa Poet & Author

GRAVE YARD

Image
The Grave, a Fearful Room Termites and maggots wait with glee For flesh to turn to bone, a destiny Many have entered, never to leave Death closes eyes, both noble and bereaved Oh, how I wish to avoid this fate But the room beneath is our ultimate state Grace humbles all, no matter our might Death is inevitable, a harsh light Children cry, wives sob, families mourn But their words may be empty, their hearts torn Our positions are temporary, we must know The world isn't ours alone, it's a fleeting show Don't be deceived, life isn't yours to keep It's life that's using you, until you sleep Your strength will fail, your eyes will see The reality of how the world uses and discards humanity Run to Jesus, seek refuge in His name For soon your eyes will close here and open to eternal flame Hell or heaven? Your deeds will be the judge By Abiola OlaOluwa Author & Poet

SHEPHERDS BLEED

Image
SHEPHERDS BLEED  shepherds of God bleed I notice a blade under their fabric A pin under their toes A fire under their pillow  Tears under the rain Fears under their bills Is it for real? Their lives appear like free But it is all on their knees For hours, for days They can't even be in haste Otherwise they can be in waste Your lugages is on his head His own lugged is handed in his hands The sheep scatters The shepherd eyes closed on his knees His eyes open in searching HIS MIND Only for his sheep to be found  The sheep found, Shepherd goes on his knees again for enquiry for the sheep Shepherd never sleep His phone never off His brain calculates the equation  I mean the equation to solve the situation  His Sweat like flood Ready to get him flooded away  But he struggles often to gain stamina Yet the sheep never worries Instead he is expected to see vision,  heal the sick and even raise the dead Meanwhile, he is equally sick Yet still waiting to hear for...

He holds on to the cross Yet death eventually get ...

MY CHRONICLE

Image
MY CHRONICLE In the belly of september 11 in the late 70s a shout of joy was birthed in the  compound of OLAOGUN Living like no tomorrow in the village No letter, no word in graphic The reading slate was blank I couldn’t recognize graphic Living like no tomorrow When the going got tough Amidst the thorns The stage was left opened 1988 Lagos received the king without a crown I mean a king without foot wears No fabric to reveal the glory Almost nothing to something School authorities rejected the brain Father pleaded, not without a disgrace suit The brain was polished for a year  This is the rejected stone of yesteryears Journey at the forefront Hope is for the future Future truly lives in faith The definition is not accurate Days lies in wait for either good or otherwise I really don't know the content But looking through the maker's eyes I see there is hope I have two eyes but I couldn’t see tomorrow Yet faith says all is well Days are full of evil Who knows the cause? Yet, my ...

LETTER TO PROPHET OLADEJI HEZEKIAH

Image
LETTER TO PROPHET OLADEJI HEZIKIAH By Abiola OlaOluwa In the heart of a desolate village In the age when the moon smiles When the stars grin  Shadows linger like a ghost  And despair clings to every stone Your birth was realized And your atmosphere received the grace Even though all seemed a disgrace When an unknown ailment surface It engulfed your uniform for proper schooling The wrinkle consequence got your thinking blurred It got your eyes defocussed I mean your leg disabled and crutches enable From pillar to poll, your mother ran to the END And Elegy song culturally sang, tears naturally flowed Your dull eyes became a vibrant globe of life A reflection of light that permeates your soul In the dim light of a flickering LAMPPOST  One can sight the engravings of hardship etched upon your face Deep lines trace a map of sorrow Telling stories of shattered dreams and broken promises Your hand seemed capable and strong But trembled with the earthquakes of a soul won tinny by...

MYSTERIOUS CLEANSING

Image
MYSTERIOUS CLEANSING In the shadows of ancient prophecy, Where truth and mystery intertwine, Lies a tale of divine redemption, In the cleansing blood of love divine. He purchased our pardon Debt was paid on the tree He ignores the water for cleansing And opted for blood for cleansing What a mysterious cleansing A blood like hypo It is unbelievable but it is better believed He bought us from death to life The story of the cross is agreed to be mysterous From Bethlehem's humble manger bed, To the cross on Calvary's hill, Jesus Christ, the Savior's name, With love and grace, our hearts He fills. He bled and died yet still alive Your debt was paid just by His precious blood The blood that flowed up from His wounded side He died of a broken heart for you Only for you not to get broken heart He had a crown on Him Graphically the crown is beautiful But in reality it is a thorn-crown A sacrifice beyond compare, Blood was streaming down from His head His face was disfigured His bloo...

LETTER TO SHOLA ALYNSON

Image
LETTER TO SOLA ALLYSON By: Abiola OlaOluwa Your beginning was a letter that seems to be untold They are letters with endless ending Piecing into your world from behind One could see the quiet of Night, a girl’s silent plea Echoes unheard, lost in a world to free Your mother’s love is a distant dream In loneliness, Sola's heart does scream No tender touch, no soothing embrace In the wilderness of thy heart You real out your mind in lyrics In the realness of your struggle You projected your brilliancy A girl of strength, though none understand Abused, betrayed, your innocence torn Yet your heart, a flame is burning You sleep beneath the staircase cold A refuge bleak, your story untold But in the corridors of your mind Brilliance blooms, a rare find You never rode with depression I guess you suppress it in your expression Even without any affection Your expression created affection You reminded us of who we are in your lyrics Yet you still need a soothing balm of love Your mother trul...

He has bored your pains on the cross Now He is ready for your bail Embrace Him and trade away your pain He will restore you gain And your healing is ascertain in Jesus Christ  Abiola OlaOluwa Poet & Author

PROPHET OF DOOM

Image
PROPHET OF DOOM By Abiola OlaOluwa The winds are blowing, Secrets are unfolding, The chicken’s rear is exposing. They call you principality—who called you to ministry? Before you say God, my question is rhetorical. Just listen and watch: Are you a prophet turning people into puppets? Your beginnings were rough, Your heart mirrors your looks, You manipulate reality, People die in silence. Charity was a mask you wore, But it only covered part. Your mask, a pivot of deception, It’s all written in your screenplay. Now the ripple effect is on display, Please, someone tell me it’s not real. A chameleon's lifestyle, Your calling, a merchandise, We call it spiritual GBAJUE. Psychology replaces vision, Unthinkable miracles on display, Magical power manifesting, Twisting fingers to control minds. Principality, who called you to ministry? Oh! Sorry, I know nothing about you, But these days, your boxers reveal your buttocks, They know the odor of your body, They perceive the smell, They know w...

A PLEA FROM MY HEART

Image
A Plea from the Heart To my friends and family, I write with a heavy sigh, For in my ministry’s journey, your support has gone awry. I pour my soul into videos, Movies, books, and heartfelt spiritual songs, Yet your silence speaks loudly, as if my efforts are all wrong. You refuse to share, to like, to comment, or follow. Ignoring my calls, leaving my hopes hollow. I craft stories and messages with passion and care, But your praise halts at the covers design of both my books and movies, not venturing into the content. When I seek your financial aid, your assistance is denied, But if I were to die, my works would be amplified. You would print my books, watch my films, and share my videos You would follow my YouTube channels, as my spirit sleeps on All in the memory of a good man. Chai! YOU NO TRY! But I am alive now, with dreams burning bright, I ask for your support, not in death, but in life. Bless me with your clicks, your likes, and your shares, Subscribe to my channels...

A FRIEND IN PRIDE

Image
A FRIEND IN PRIDE A friend I have, a friend so dear, Long time companion, or so it would appear. From afar, a friend indeed, but up close, a different tale, Ignoring my handshake, with a haughty gale. Expecting titles and prefixes, a sign of respect, he'd say, But I refuse to play along, for our birth year's the same day. Our class may differ, but that's no reason to create space, Between us, my friend, my equal in this human race. You may be brilliant, I, intelligent too, Learned and lettered, our paths diverged, that's true. You pursued a career, I chose a profession's call, But success and influence, we both stand tall. Eight books to my credit, films and poems galore, My prowess on display, for all to explore. My success is evident, my testimonies abound, Google holds my story, for all to hear and sound. Though my mansion's not complete, I'm building one anew, Where termites can't devour, a legacy that's true. When I sleep in the Lord, my memory ...

UNGRATEFUL SERVANT

Image
MUYIDEEN AGBALA GABRIEL By Abiola OlaOluwa Muyideen Agbala Gabriel, why have you embraced poverty's snare? From the depths of despair, your destiny was revived with care. Yet, on the screen, you appeared unstable, your words devoid of grace. Your gap-toothed smile, like a house without windows, lacked beauty's trace. AGBALA GABRIEL DISCOVER YOU In just a month, your life was transformed, but gratitude was scarce. You indicted your mother, oblivious to her pain and disgrace. How many car chargers can buy a house? Now you own one, it's true, Can you woo a lady with words,  In that state of broken and blue? Destiny found you, but I saw you chopping down your own tree, Your downfall imminent, without remedy, a tragic sight to see. Deliverance was conducted,  But ancestral battles still rage in your mind, He is yet to bornagain, salvation lost,  you returned to your old ways, left behind. You gamble, smoke, and squander character, relationships in disarray, Muyideen, now Alaba...

EGBA WA O, EBI NPA WA O

Image
EGBA WA O, EBI NPA WA O "Nigerians cry in unison, a chorus of despair Who wrote this song we sing, with no end in sight? Politicians, perhaps, who fan the flames Of discord and division, with no cohesion in sight Dollar and Naira, a jamboree in our land Forcing us to dance to their tune, at their command What's the difference between tamboree and jamboree? Just empty words, as we suffer, you see Egba wa oo, or ki epaa wa ooo, we cry Save us or kill us, we're tired of asking why Emilokan, where are the testimonies of old? We did it in Lagos, but now our voices are cold We lost our unity, our purity, our sense of right Everybody's chasing seniority, day and night ILE TO NLO ASO ROCK, a stronghold of power and might But even angels from heaven can't fix our plight Why? Because we're tribalistic, divided we stand Hunger ravages the land, rice and beans, a luxury to hand KILODEEE! we exclaim, as prices soar each day Na so we see am, the seller's resp...

LETTER TO PASTOR ADEJARE ADEBOYE

Image
LETTER TO PASTOR ADEJARE ADEBOYE By: Abiola OlaOluwa Adejare Enouch Adeboye Permit me to call you by your name From grace to grace is the chorus on my lips In the mire of your living, your mind got framed As if somebody taught you fame Your desire to be lettered fell their deaf ears Education was expensive, Ignorance is cheap Don’t you get the gist? Father reacted, mother rebuked Quickly, you created a template to force them out of will Your decision to go hunger strike was your driven force In thin and thick you scale-through the elementary ‘’ENOUGH IS ENOUGH FOR ACADEMY’’ That was your father response You have tasted the light You cherish the light from the turnel Having tasted from the cup of knowledge No doubt you had seen beyond normal And you have taste for being extraordinary You broke the chain of illiteracy Because you have seen the sun from afar Shouldering the bright stars Accompanied with rainbow of many colour After many years, your vision came animate The rainbow appeared...

LETTER TO TOPE ALABI

Image
LETTER TO TOPE ALABI The mount that speaks honey The voice that sounds melodious The tongue that wag peace Who endowed you with grace Even in your experimental disgrace Yester-years speak your struggle When you are lipping from pillar to polls Just to make a living Yes, we noticed errors engulfed your suit Bloomer chorus alongside with you Deceit mounts the stage with you With your innocent mind, you played along Yet you pen is often spilling the ink I mean the ink that stains and starched us to you Tope, Please, tell me the truth! THE JOURNEY OF LOVE AND LUST

Image
THE JOURNEY OF LOVE AND LUST By Abiola OlaOluwa Poet & Author   CHAPTER 1 I met OMOLEWA through a friend at a party, and from the moment we spoke, I knew she was someone special. Her pointed nose added a touch of elegance to her long, dazzling face. As for her complexion, whether she was dark or otherwise, I couldn't focus on those details because I was completely captivated and enveloped in the love she brought into my life. Her smile, especially her set of teeth, was like a reflection of my own happiness. Just seeing her was enough to make me feel complete. I remember how tender and delightful her hands felt whenever she touched me; each touch seemed to affirm that she was indeed a goddess in my eyes. Calling her became a daily ritual that I cherished. The sound of her voice, and the endearment "Adeori mi" she used for me, filled me with so much joy that sometimes I didn't even feel like eating. "Oh, I've found love," I would tell my ...

MY ENCOUNTER WITH A LADY WITH SPIRIT HUSBAND

Image
MY ENCOUNTER WITH A LADY WITH SPIRIT HUSBAND ISSUE OF FORNICATION AND ADULTERY The issue of fornication and Adultery is so rampant in all societies of the world today and this is eating up our spiritual life very seriously. It left us venerable to satanic attack without knowing it. From my spiritual observation, engaging in pre-marital or extra-marital sex always reduce one’s glory spiritually. Though, one might be progressing physically but I am telling you that the person is retrogressing spiritually. The physical aspect could be more disastrous than we know it because you can end up fornicating with a person with evil spirit or a lady with a familiar spirit and you become a hunted victim. An example of such is my story below; When I was in higher Institution, I had this friend that had already lose count; as to how many ladies he had slept with. This guy jumped from one lady to another, even some of our so call Christian sisters on campus, this guy had...
